Data Deletion

Orbinux LLC (developer of the Ideario app) allows you to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

1. Open the Ideario app on your device.
2. Navigate to Profile > Menu > Account.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" (Eliminar Cuenta).
4. Confirm your choice. Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.

Option 2: Web Request (If you uninstalled the app) If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion manually by contacting our Data Protection Team:

• Email: contact@orbinux.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request - Ideario
• Required Info: Please send the email from the same address you used to register in the app.

What data will be deleted?

• Your account profile (Name, Email, Profile Picture).
• Your preferences and settings.

Retention: We may retain certain transaction records for tax and legal compliance purposes for a period of up to 7 years, as required by US law.
